Terms and Conditions

GENERAL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

The reservation can be made by contacting us directly by the contact form or by email reservasdonquijote.grancanaria@gmail.com.

The reservation will be made by paying a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer, once we receive the 25% deposit the reservation will be confirmed. This deposit will be refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days before checking in.

Timetable:

Check-out: 12:00 a.m

Check-in: From 14:00 p.m

These times could be flexible depending on availability at any given time.

Payment Pending:

The day of arrival the outstanding amount of the stay will be paid.

Cancellation conditions:

The accommodation will refund free of charge the deposit paid at the time of booking, provided that the cancellation occurs up to 1 week before checking in.

If the cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice, the accommodation reserves the right not to refund the deposit.

HOUSE RULES AND COVID MEASURES:

Damages: The client will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse of the facilities and the costs of their replacement.

Parties: No parties/events are allowed.

Noise free hours: Guests should keep noise to a minimum from 21:00 to 08:00.

Pets: Pets are not allowed

Covid Measures: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the accommodation has additional health and safety measures in place at this time.
